Unexpected changes to my hosting account have caused trouble.

Some days before I am facing an issue while changing the theme, one of my website hosted on Godaddy Delux plan while changing the theme its got crashed, and suddenly, a suggestion box appears on the dashboard to recover your previous change I click on it can't read. Next, happen with me that the WordPress reinstall on my domain and website showing blank. I check the directory site data still there, but my database went flash. So next I go to chat support and there a person starts a chat with me. Now you look what happened with me on Godaddy chat support.

Hi @naveedahmad. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. I can definitely understand how this would be a frustrating situation for you. We want all of our customers to have great experiences with our support team and I'm sorry if that didn't happen in this case for you. Please consider getting in touch with support once more so they can try to help with what you're going through. 

 

On a side note, I wanted to let you know that we do not allow forum members to reproduce their chat conversations here on the forum. This is to keep forum posts as broadly relevant as possible. You can provide a short summary of the chat if you wish, but copying and pasting a transcript is just not a good fit for a forum post. That is why your screenshots of the chat were rejected.
