Velux theme header image Is not responsive, how can I fix this?

I'm working on mi site and the header image on a computer screen looks great (Velux theme) But when I open the site on a cellphone, the image is cropped and It doesn't resizes. How can I fix this? I'm using the suggested image dimensions: 2400 by 1300 pixels. Thanks!!

@Linkera This is most likely due to the styling of the header.  You need to used responsive units such as percents or vw and vh.

Please provide a link so we can give you a definitive answer.
