How to add meta keywords and fix 4xx status code

When using Google Analytics, it show all of my pages are missing meta keywords.  Also 4xx status codes.  Also, something about canonical links.  How do I fix these issues?

@AmberMoon   My hunch was a DNS issue with the domain but that's fine.  I am not seeing any 4xx error codes and I'm able to access the website fine.  I am not sure why you're seeing that in tests, but it would mean the rest of the test isn't really reliable information.

The platform automatically creates description tags on pages with your content, but for example the shopper account pages don't have them as they are not an entryway to the site.  The keywords tag is not included because it is much more important for the keywords to be embedded in the actual content of the page, you know what I mean if the page is about that thing Google should be able to tell by reading it.  Though that doesn't mean to jam pack pages with keywords as they have algorithms to detect that, the content should make sense for humans and the robots will follow.

The canonical structure is pretty clear.  The preferred URL is https://madeinamericajewelry.com/ (https and no www), these redirect http://madeinamericajewelry.com/ http://www.madeinamericajewelry.com/ https://www.madeinamericajewelry.com/ so you can make sure you have the tools set up on the preferred URL.

The builder automatically creates the META tags, but 4xx errors means Google isn't able to access the page.  What is the domain for testing?

@Nate Also, Google and Sitechecker tell me Description is Missing and Meta Keywords are none.
