When I click Manage by my hosting I get:
400 Bad request
Your browser sent an invalid request
I get the same error when I click on settings under the web hosting page. Does anyone have any ideas?
Hello randypetersen,
I hope you are well.
404 pages display when someone tries to access a page on your website that doesn't exist.
Our hosting accounts allow you to use your home page as your 404 page, or you can create a custom one.
Note: Server-side scripts, such as PHP, might not work on custom 404 pages because of how web server software (i.e. Apache) handles them.
Thanks for the info @ZulWeb about a 404 error, but this is a 400 error, and it's on GoDaddy's site, not mine.
And the instructions you gave me is where the error takes place. I can't do step 3. I get the 400 error.
I am having that exact problem with my Deluxe Windows Hosting account. Your reply about 404 errors is not on point because the issue is a 400 error when trying to access the Hosting Management page from GoDaddy. Our web sites are not involved. GoDaddy's is.
The sequence is: My Products page (https://account.godaddy.com/products/)
> Manage All page (https://myh.godaddy.com/#/hosting/all)
> pick domain to manage (400 error page - https://hostingmanager.godaddy.com/AccountPanel.aspx?accountuid=9a4dcc60-425b-11de-9b1c-001143d3bdfa...)
Can we try again?
Hi @mikekmac. This definitely shouldn't be happening when trying to manage your hosting. If this error is still happening, please reach out to our hosting support team where they can look into this and see what the issue might be. You can find all of our support numbers here.
