Godaddy to blocked access to shell

I've been hosting godaddy for some years without any problems accessing the shell, from one day to the next I do not have access to my shell account now. I need a solution now.

Make sure SSH is enabled.

yes, it was enabled. I deactivated it and activated it again and it worked

I suppose this happened since you changed the cpanel interface?

I am glad to hear you've been able to sort this out.  Thought it should be noted that I didn't change anything in your account.  I'm another member trying to be helpful when I can, not a GoDaddy employee.

It was working a few weeks ago but since then I noticed Godaddy have updated the Cpanel interface and so I too had to turn SSH off and back on in my GoDaddy hosting account.  Then it started working again.
