I need a way to track real users (not bots) for a website I've just put on on a hosted site. It's had various things in subdirectories for while and those subdirectories get mystery traffic although I haven't used them for a long time. Now I have a new website in the top directory for the domain and I can't differentiate the meaningful traffic it's getting from all the noise using the metrics options in cPanel. It would also be helpful to have some explanation of just what those metrics readouts mean because they're pretty incomprehensible. Can I put simple counters on the pages?
