SSL Error - You must use an IP address that is on the server.

When i install SSL in cpanel, i get error

 

> You must use an IP address that is on the server. “160.153.128.35” is not bound.

 

The domain i am trying to install SSL is

 

exxondigital.eu (+ subdomains: autodiscover, cpanel, mail, webdisk, webmail, www)

 

This domain is hosted on godaddy cpanel server with IP address 160.153.128.35

 

Any idea why this error ?

The problem was with one of the DNS entry (autodiscover) was not pointed to the server. Created new A record for autodiscover and it worked.
