Hi @aasish10. Usually, when I've seen this issue before, it's because the domain you're trying to use is set up as an alias on another hosting account. This is possible on our older hosting plans as well as our Managed WordPress plans. You'll want to make sure the domain isn't set up as an alias on one of those accounts. If you're sure the domain isn't set up on any hosting, you'll want to connect with our customer care team so they can take a closer look.
