The only way I know of to change something like this is by editing the themes files themselves. You can do this pretty easily by accessing your dashboard and then going to Appearance > Editor. From there, you can make sure you're on the theme from the drop-down menu in the upper right, then click "Stylesheet (style.css). You should see something that looks like this:

Author: GoDaddy
Author URI: https://www.godaddy.com/

If you change the Author and Author URI, that may change the information displayed in your footer. You may also consider creating a child theme, if that's possible, and make edits there. That way, any updates that are made to the parent theme won't affect modifications you've made. There are plugins that can automatically create a child theme.
