1 Renewal Restrictions

.ch domains will only renew via the auto renew feature. They cannot be manually renewed and will expire like normal if auto renew is turned off. There is no auto-renewal grace period. After the domain has fully expired, please contact our support team for assistance in restoring the domain.

Billing attempts for .ch renewals happen 12 days prior to expiration, 5 days prior, and the day before expiration. The domain will stay active after failed billings until the final day of expiration.

3 Contact Update Requirements

To change the registrant information on your .ch domain name (first name, last name or organization/company name), please contact our support department. All other contact information can be changed through the Domain Manager. See Change domain contact information for information on making these changes.

Domain names beginning or ending with hyphens, as well as domain names with hyphens in the third and fourth positions, are prohibited. For more information, check out the registry's website.

4 Refund Policy
