Group emails by the subject thread

You can group related messages by subject and hierarchy through Workspace Webmail so that all replies to a message are listed under the original message.

To Group Messages by Subject Thread

  1. From the Folders area, right-click the folder you want to set the option for.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Select Thread Messages.
  4. Click OK.

Note: When a folder contains 1,000 or more messages, you won't be able to group them by subject thread unless you delete other messages from the folder.
