Mark emails as read or unread

Mark received messages as read or unread on Workspace Webmail.

  1. Click the name of the folder that contains the message you want to mark.
  2. Select the check boxes of one or more email messages.
  3. From the Apply This Action list, select Mark as Unread or Mark as Read.
  4. Click Apply.
