Understanding business apps from Microsoft
Business apps are a part of Microsoft's Business Premium offerings. These apps are designed to increase productivity and enhance communication.
To access your available Microsoft apps, follow these steps:
- Sign in to Office.com
- Select the app you wish to work with.
Microsoft Invoicing is an easy to use online and mobile app for creating and sending professional looking PDF invoices to customers. With Microsoft Invoicing, you can get paid faster by seamlessly creating, editing, sending invoices, and accepting payments while on the go. You can add or edit customers and itemized lists from your phone, mark invoices as paid when you receive payment and view monthly and yearly sales. Microsoft Bookings is an online and mobile app for small businesses who provide services to customers on an appointment basis. Outlook Customer Manager
Outlook Customer Manager helps small businesses track and grow relationships with customers. It adds functionality to Outlook to show customer communication history, surface important tasks and reminders, and track deal activities in one place to enable teams to stay on top of customer relationships. Because Outlook Customer Manager is built into Outlook, there's no need to install or learn new software, and Outlook Customer Manager can rely on data in emails, calendar, Skype for Business, and the Office Graph.
